Step 1

Provide Your Company Details

After you set up an account in the CSP Platform and made a payment, the ‘Incorporate a New Company’ request will be assigned to you. Here you will enter the preferred name(s) and business activities of the new company; provide information on its share capital, shareholders, directors, ultimate beneficiary owners, etc. and submit the form to us. Our staff will carefully check the provided information and correspond with you if necessary to obtain any clarifications — all done through the platform.

Reserve Company Name with ACRA

Step 4

eSign Documents and verify your ID through a call with our Staff

After the name has been approved, we will prepare all necessary documents required to incorporate a company. All you have to do is review and electronically sign the documents using a link that will be sent to you via email. Also, all company officers will receive an email with a link to schedule a short video call to verify their identity so that the system can accept their electronic signatures — all of this is done online, no notary public necessary!

Step 5

Incorporate Company with ACRA

Once the incorporation documents have been signed, our staff will register the company with Singapore’s company registrar, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). ACRA will issue the following official documents which will be accessible to you via our CSP platform:

e-Certificate of Incorporation: This is an official electronic document confirming the registration of a company in Singapore.
Business Profile: This document shows the corporate structure of the company. The information contained in the document includes the company’s primary business activity, registered address, details of shareholders and directors, and shareholding structure.

Step 6

Complete Post-Incorporation Tasks

Below is a list of common post-incorporation formalities and tasks:

Preparation of share certificates, statutory registers, holding of the first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company. The CSP Platform will automatically handle these tasks for you.
Opening of a corporate bank account. Our team will provide you with information on banking options and introduce you to your preferred bank's representatives.
Application of a business license. Some types of business activities may require a license in Singapore. If a license is applicable for your company, you can apply for the license on your own or seek assistance from our team.
